  Your hosting from Computer Management CPM Inc and you are not satisfied with the quality of our service?

We will refund you without questions the expenses of your monthly, bi-annual or annual subscription..

  You have a 30 days period, starting from the date of activation to cancel our services. If you have a monthly subscription, the date of subscription of the first month is the one taken into account.

Please note that inside your request, you must provide us with:

• Information on your account.

Uptime Warranty

  Our customers satisfaction is very important, for this reason if your site were not accessible to 99.8% of the time during one month, we will:

• We will refund 50% of the monthly value of your hosting.

To make your refund request, you must forward to us an email to info@gicpm.net

Please note that inside your request, you must provide us with:

• Time and date when the problem started

• Time and date when the problem ended

• The result of a ping command towards your domain

• The result of a traceroute command towards your domain

**This guarantee is offered only to the customers under a mutualised hosting from one of Neo, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Pro package.
